A cross-country ski area in an authentic region

The Nordic ski area in les Contamines covers 23 kilometres of groomed and signposted trails. Skating and classic paces are possible on all slopes.
The slopes open at the beginning of December due to artificial snow conditions.

Discover the authenticity of the Haute Savoie region and try cross-country skiing in an exceptional spot at the foot of Mont-Blanc. Come and discover the Roman church at Notre Dame de la Gorge.

A Nordic ski area for all the family

Cross-country ski area :
3 trails : classic and skating + I beginners trail for all the family (classic only)

• Green trail “les Lacs” (classic) = 3 km
• Blue trail “les Chapelles” = 4.5 km
• Red trail “le Belvédère” = 8.5 km
• Black trail "les Dômes" = 8,8 km

The information centre is open from 09.00 to 16.30 : ski passes, information, first aid and meeting point for cross-country lessons.

Evening skiing

A 2km floodlit slope is open to the public every Thursday evening from 18.00 to 20.00 (19.00 to 21.00 from 21stFebruary). Free access.

Nordic initiation zone

A cross-country initiation zone is situated near to the information centre. Free access.

Lessons

The French Ski School organizes cross-country initiation and lessons together with introductory biathlon sessions.
